SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship. Shipping method is determined based on products in your order. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or to any countries outside the United States.

Our warehouse is located in Elgin, Illinois. Most orders ship out in 1 business day (Mon-Fri). Need it even sooner? Get same day shipping if you order by 12 PM CST. Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 3 business days for most states, 4-5 business days if you are located on the West coast. Most of the time, our packages arrive on time but it may happen that, on some occasions, a package can get lost in the mail, or arrive later than expected.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Depending on the delivery method, this email notification may include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim with most transport companies. If your package has been delayed and you do not have the package when expected, please contact us and we will try to get as much information as possible and file the claim when necessary.

Be aware that we are not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox.

The shipping cost for your order will not be refunded if your package is sent back to us (incomplete/incorrect address, wrong address, etc...). We will deduct the cost from your refund. Your order will not be refunded if the package is not returned to us.

You can make sure your shipping address is correct by double checking your inputs after your order was placed as well as on your order confirmation (received by email right after placing an order).
